Shipping Policy

Shipping Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us at shop@keepbritainsewing.com for confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Shipping Method

We use Royal Mail to ship all our orders. You will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout and this is dependant on location, volume and weight of your order. The current Royal Mail prices are available here.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

If you have selected a tracking service, then once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
